Another in my series of books from the Cthulhu Mythos, Unausprechlichen Kulten, AKA Unspeakable Cults, AKA The Black Book.
Instead of making a literal black book, I decided to make it ooze a black ink. I rather like the effect.

It was not Howard who wrote an entire chapter from this work, but rather Lovecraft himself in his "revision" Out of the Ages. This chapter explained the origin of the cult of Ghatanothoa. The ill-fated author was also writng a sequel to the book when he died in a sort of "locked room" murder. A friend gathered his papers,read them all, burned them -and cut out his throat !
